Refund Policy
This page explains when payments may be refunded for services purchased on itpromhost.com.
What we sell: digital services, including web hosting, premium hosting, cloud services, domain registration and renewal, SSL certificates, IP services, and related online service plans.
When a service is considered provided: hosting and related services are considered provided when the service is activated in the customer account; domain services are considered provided when the registration or renewal is successfully recorded by the registry or registrar.
How refunds are made and timing: refund requests must be sent to our support team; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or, where needed, by bank transfer, usually within 10 business days after approval.
1. General Refund Rule
If an eligible service is terminated early, refunds are generally calculated for full unused months only. The month in which the service is terminated is non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Registered or renewed domain names are non-refundable once submitted to the registry or registrar.
- Fees already consumed by third-party registries, certificate authorities, or payment processors may be non-refundable.
- Services suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, phishing, malware, unlawful use, or material violation of the Terms of Service are not eligible for refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team through Contact and include the account email, service name, payment details, and the reason for the request. We may ask for documents needed to verify the payer and process the refund.
4. Processing Time
After we review and approve the request, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. The final crediting time may also depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
5. Related Terms
This is a simplified standalone refund policy for customer reference and payment processor compliance. The broader contractual terms remain available on the Documents page and in our Terms of Service.
